Our products are shipped from Vancouver, BC by trusted carriers such as ICS, UPS, Canpar,
Purolator, or Canada Post, to destinations within Canada and worldwide. We are not
responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by shipping carriers or customer negligence.
Dank Mart is not liable for the product once it has been handed over to the carriers mentioned
above. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely receipt of the product and to mitigate
any weather-related, theft, physical, or other damages at the destination. Please ensure that
someone will be available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Additionally, consider
the weather conditions, such as heat or freezing temperatures, at your order’s destination when
choosing shipping options, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of chocolate or the longevity of
beverages under extreme weather conditions.
All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST from Monday to Thursday will be processed on the
same day. If your order is placed after 12:00 PM P=EST, please allow 24 hours for processing.
To ensure the best product condition, we process shipments from Monday to Thursday and
avoid weekend travel times and deliveries. Please note that we cannot guarantee Monday
deliveries for any order.
Shipping in Summer Months:
Between May and October, when temperatures can exceed 20 degrees Celsius, there is a risk
of heat affecting the quality of your product. In such cases of hot weather, we strongly
recommend opting for expedited shipping or avoiding items prone to melting due to heat.
Despite our efforts, we are not responsible for any heat damage that may occur during longer air
or ground shipments or due to extended exposure to sun and heat if the recipient is not present
at the time of delivery.
If, for any reason, your order does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us via email and
include pictures for a prompt and courteous response. However, we cannot replace a shipment
if the damage is caused by the carrier, if the shipment was damaged after arrival, or if the carrier
did not deliver on time or perform as contracted.
During the holiday season, delays with shipping carriers may occur. Please plan ahead and take
this into consideration to ensure your shipments arrive on time. Ground shipping times may be
extended during holidays like Christmas, and we cannot guarantee the on-time performance of
the carrier. Please also note that we are subject to Force Majeure events and issues that the
shipping company may face. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
